New Customer Access ToolKit for Residential

BBW have today launched their new Customer Access Toolkit (CAT) for residential users.
This new toolkit will allow residential customers to login and be able to self service much of their account with out the need of contacting support staff.
At present, users will be able to login and check usage stats, print invoices and statements and update contact and billing information.
New features to be added over the comming weeks will include satelllite usage reports, self administering email accounts and online payments.
