Campaign Manager - Tracking and Satisfying Consumer Preferences
The Campaign Manager is a database that tracks purchases by customer and fills two functions; it sends promotions to M-Bar-Go® members, based on previous redemption history; and it communicates with EPOS systems to validate offers that are claimed by Members.
The Campaign Manager is flexible enough to produce a multiple of offer combinations whilst being specific enough to target a specific group of stores or a particular region, down to a specific aisle within one store. Members can be targeted individually based on their redemption profile.
